Attendance Conditions (excluding Perth & Auckland events)

The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities in which we live and work remain our number one priority. Our focus is on helping protect each other, our families and friends, customers, partners, and communities from risk of infection and further spread of the virus. As such, we have updated our COVID-19 global guidance to ensure a safe place to work, meet, and reconnect.

For those SAP Australian premises that are open in line with government policy, they will be accessible to SAP staff and visitors who have either been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (SARS-COV-2) or have a certified negative SARS-COV-2 test result (negative test result must be no more than 72 hours old).

With regards to vaccine or negative test certification, SAP will ask for evidence of this as part of the sign in process.

Capacity Limits

Due to current COVID restrictions, SAP has very limited capacity and is therefore prioritising registrations for our customers and prospective customers. ​ ​

Employees, partners (excluding sponsors), consultants and students are discouraged from registering for the event as we do not have the capacity to accommodate our full ecosystem. To ensure our entire ecosystem has a chance to participate, we will be making the event available virtually on-demand.​ ​

Sponsors have a number of tickets as part of their agreement, please contact the Marketing team for further details if you so require. ​ ​

Once you complete the registration form, you will be placed on the waitlist and your registration will be confirmed by the events team. Once you registration is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. ​
